The Terms of reference of the CERN Scientific Policy Committee, as approved by the Council at its 213^th Session (CERN/3739/Rev.), entered into force on 1 November 2023. They cancel and replace the previous Terms of Reference, adopted in September 2008 (CERN/SPC/313/Rev.6).
